  1. 100g pasta bows (farfalle)

  2. 250ml Greek salad dressing

  3. 2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  4. 4 radishes, finely chopped

  5. 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped

  6. 1 (410g) tin chickpeas , drained

  7. 110g crumbled feta cheese

  1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta and return to the boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and cool under a running tap.

  2. Place the Greek dressing and mayonnaise into a large salad bowl. Whisk together until smooth and well blended. Add the cooked pasta and stir lightly to coat the pasta. Sprinkle on the radishes, cucumber, chickpeas and crumbled feta cheese. Toss gently.

  3. Cover the salad and refrigerate until ready to serve.
