  2. 2 1/2 cups

  3. 1 can (8 or 9 ounces) crushed pineapple

  4. 3 bananas, sliced

  5. 6 marshmallows, quartered

  6. 3/4 cup shredded coconut

  1. Combine fruits and marshmallows. Spoon into a 10x6-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until coconut is toasted. Serve ambrosia dessert hot with whipped cream or ice cream.
