  1. 1/2 cup sugar

  2. 1 cup cold water

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves

  4. 1 cinnamon stick

  5. 3 cups jasmine tea, prepared and strained

  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  7. 1 orange, juiced

  8. 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

  1. Combine sugar, water, cloves and cinnamon stick in a small heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Add tea, spices and fruit juices. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
