  1. 2 1/2 lbs rump steak

  2. 1/2 cup chutney

  3. 1/2 cup ketchup

  4. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon white vinegar

  6. 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  7. 2 garlic cloves , minced

  8. 2 onions , sliced

  9. 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms , drained

  10. salt and pepper

  1. Cut and season the steaks.

  2. Mix the remainder of the ingredients together and place the steak in the marinade.

  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Grill the steak on the BBQ until desired doneness.

  5. At the same time, simmer the marinade in a saucepan to be poured over the steak when served.
