  1. 1 pack (200g) smoked salmon

  2. 100g green beans , trimmed

  3. 1/2 avocado , sliced

  4. salt

  5. 1 lemon wedge

  6. 1 tsp cottage cheese

  1. Blanche the beans in boiling water (approximately 3 minutes). Remove from the water, add a squeeze of lemon juice and small drizzle of olive oil and toss through.

  2. Lay out a piece of salmon. Place a slice of avocado on the edge, followed by a couple of beans and one teaspoon of cottage cheese.

  3. Roll up to a tasty piece of finger food.
