  1. 1 refrigerated pie crust

  2. 1 cup milk (not skim or 1%)

  3. 4 - 6 eggs , slightly beaten (depending on the size)

  4. 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

  5. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  6. a dash of Tobasco or other hot sauce (just a dash)

  7. 1 cup cooked ham , cubed

  8. 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded (I like Tex Mex shredded)

  9. 1 cup frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed

  10. Note: I have also used frozen, thawed and well drained spinach

  11. 1/2 onion , finely chopped

  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for "filled one-crust pie"

  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, dry mustard, pepper and Tobasco sauce.

  4. Set aside.

  5. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust.

  6. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli.

  7. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  8. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
