  1. 4 x 115g (4oz) prime pork loin steaks

  2. 5tbsp Nando's Sundried Tomato and Basil Marinade

  3. 3tbsp marmalade

  4. 1tsp sun-dried tomato puree

  5. 200g packet herb rice

  6. Crisp green salad, to serve

  1. Place the pork in a non-metallic dish with the marinade, marmalade and sun-dried tomato purée, then cover and leave to marinate for 5 mins. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Cook the herb rice according to the packet instructions. Meanwhile, cook the marinated pork steaks for 15-20 mins under the grill, turning occasionally.

  3. Serve the pork alongside the herb rice with a crisp green salad.
