  1. 2 medium avocado s (about 1 lb.), peeled, pitted

  2. 1/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

  3. 1 clove garlic , minced

  4. 1 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

  5. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  6. 6 flour tortilla s (6 inch), warmed

  7. 1 cup cooked dried beans , such as black beans

  8. 1 cup cooked rice

  9. 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese

  10. 1/2 cup salsa

  1. MASH avocados with the mayonnaise, garlic and chipotle pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in the cilantro.

  2. SPREAD 2 Tbsp. of the avocado mixture onto each tortilla; top with 1/3 cup of the combined rice and beans and 1 Tbsp. of the cheese. Roll up, tucking in both sides of each tortilla as you roll it up.

  3. TOP with any remaining avocado mixture and cheese. Serve with the salsa.
