  1. 2 (4 pounds) porkloins

  2. 3) tablespoons garlic , minced

  3. 3/4 cup Sherry cooking wine

  4. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  5. 2 cups onion , chopped

  6. 3 tablespoons water

  7. 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

  8. Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

  9. salt (to taste)

  1. Place pork tenderloins in your slow cooker.

  2. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top porkloins.

  3. Turn the porkloins over in the mixture to coat evenly.

  4. Evenly spread minced garlic, onions and parsley over the pork. (You want to leave as much garlic on top of the pork during cooking as possible.)

  5. Sprinkle with pepper and pepper.

  6. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 hours or until fork tender.
