  2. 85ml extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing potatoes

  3. 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves finely chopped

  4. 2 tbsps griddle seasoning

  1. Roasted thick potato chips 1) Heat the oven to 250 degrees C.

  2. Thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise 0.3cms thick. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on nonstick baking tray. Brush the potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, rosemary and grill seasoning.

  3. Bake potatoes turning once 25 minutes until crisp.

  4. Serve immediately.
