  1. 4 1/4 lb Lean Ground Beef Patties

  2. 4 slices Bacon - Pre Cook or Use Pre Cooked Slices

  3. 1/2 tsp Olive Oil

  4. Mayo , ketchup, mustard - any or all

  5. 1/2 Medium Onion Sliced Into Rings

  6. Shredded Lettuce

  7. Pickle Slices

  8. 3 slices Your Favorite Cheese

  1. Assemble all items

  2. Saute Onions in oil in small skillet- keep warm

  3. Pan grill or BBQ grill 90% lean burger

  4. Top each patty with slice of cheese

  5. Put first patty on plate, top with bacon and sauteed onions

  6. slather condiments as desired

  7. Patty two, bacon, condiments, onions, lettuce

  8. Patty three, bacon, condiments, onions

  9. And serve, YUM
