  1. 1 1/2-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

  2. 3 tablespoons chopped fresh orange sections

  3. 1/3 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed is best)

  4. 1/4 cup olive oil

  5. 3 teaspoons lime juice

  6. 4 -5 garlic cloves , minced

  7. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  8. 2 teaspoons dried oregano (I like to use Mexican Oregano for this)

  9. 2 teaspoons ground cumin

  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; seal then lightly shake to mix.

  2. Add the chicken then turn to coat well.

  3. Seal and refrigerate 1-2 hours.

  4. Drain and discard marinade.

  5. Grill uncovered, over medium-hot coals, turning often, 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
