  7. Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon

  8. Tilapia fillets 4

  9. Lemon wedges 2 (For Garnish)

  10. Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon

  11. Honey 12 Tablespoon

  12. Salt To Taste

  13. Red pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon

  14. 1 Pound , peeled and cut into 1/2 -inch cubes

  15. 1 Pound , peeled cored and cut into 1/2 -inch cubes

  16. Red onion 1 Pound , minced

  17. Red pepper 1 Small , minced

  18. Cilantro leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped

  1. Directions In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the fish, oil and lemon wedges.

  2. Add tilapia and mixes, making sure all the pieces are well-coated. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, at least for 2 hours.

  3. Preheat the pan to medium-high .Baste the grill or grill pan with oil to prevent tilapia from sticking to the grill.

  4. Place the marinated pieces on the pan and cook, turning once or twice, until the fish pieces are opaque and just flaky inside and lightly charred on the outside, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve hot with lemon wedges and tropical fruit salsa.

  5. For the salsa Whisk together lemon juice, sugar, salt, and chili until sugar is dissolved.. Add remaining ingredients and toss until coated. Serve chilled.
