  7. 2 tbsps sherry wine

  8. 3 tbsps mayonnaise

  9. 2 egg yolks (beaten)

  10. 1 2 tsp dry mustard

  11. 1 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

  12. 1 2 tsp salt

  13. 1 tsp lemon juice

  14. paprika (sprinkle on top)
