  1. 24 Ritz crackers

  2. 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, flaked

  3. 8 ounces shrimp

  4. 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese

  5. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise , low-fat

  6. 1 teaspoon dill weed

  7. 1/2 onion , finely chopped

  1. Boil shrimp until fully cooked. Chop into small pieces.

  2. Mix crab and shrimp in a small bowl.

  3. Add cream cheese and mayo and stir.

  4. Fold in dill weed and chopped onion.

  5. Spoon seafood mixture onto the crackers and serve.
