  1. 2 1/2 cups milk

  2. 1/2 cup instant rice

  3. 1 package vanilla pudding mix (4-serving-size)

  4. 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow

  5. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate piece

  6. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  1. In a medium saucepan combine milk and rice.

  2. Bring just to boiling over medium heat.

  3. Stir in pudding mix.

  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

  7. Stir in the marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and walnuts.

  8. Pour into six 6-oz cups or dessert dishes.

  9. Cool at room temperature about 1 hour before serving, or in the fridge.

  10. If desired, garnish with additional marshmallows, chocolate pieces, and/or walnuts.
