  3. 2 1/2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard

  4. 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  5. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  6. 1/4 cup half-and-half

  7. 1 dash salt

  8. 1 garlic clove

  1. Blend together all ingredients. Add a teaspoon more of vinegar or mustard if you like a sharper taste. The dressing gets better overnight and keeps for 4 to 5 days.
