  2. 1 quantity Basic tomato sauce (see related recipe)

  3. 250g pork mince

  4. 250g veal mince

  5. 1 small zucchini, grated

  6. 2/3 cup finely grated Perfect Italiano parmesan cheese

  7. Cooked fettuccine pasta, to serve

  1. Make Basic tomato sauce. Meanwhile, combine mince, zucchini, half the parmesan, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix to combine. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into 40 balls.

  2. Add meatballs to the sauce for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened and meatballs are cooked through. Serve with fettuccine. Top with remaining parmesan.
