  1. 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine , divided

  2. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

  3. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) mushrooms , sliced

  4. 1 small onion , sliced, separated into rings

  5. 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  6. 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

  7. 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

  1. MELT 1 Tbsp. of the butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until cooked through (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet to serving platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.

  2. ADD remaining 1 Tbsp. butter, the mushrooms and onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Reduce heat to low.

  3. STIR in sour cream and barbecue sauce until well blended; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon over the chicken; sprinkle with parsley.
