Pineapple, ginger and mint juice 400g pineapple ( 1/2 small pineapple), chopped coarsely 1 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves 1cm piece fresh ginger (5g) Kiwi fruit and green grape juice 3 medium kiwi fruits (225g), quartered 70g seedless green grapes cup (60ml) water Cinnamon and orange tea 2 cinnamon sticks 10cm strip orange rind 1 litre (4 cups) water

  1. Pineapple, ginger and mint juice Push ingredients through juice extractor into glass; stir to combine. Kiwi fruit and green grape juice Blend or process ingredient until smooth, pour into glass. Cinnamon and orange tea Combine ingredients in small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes. Cool 5 minutes; strain.
