  1. Chicken Wings

  2. 8 to 10 chicken wings

  3. 3 tbsp/

  4. 45mL Garlic Liquid Spice

  5. 2 tsp/10 mL Cumin (Tin)

  6. 1 1/2 tsp/7 1/2 mL Chili Powder (Tin)

  7. 2 tsp/10 mL Oregano (Tin)

  8. 1/2 tsp/2 1/2 mL Seasoning Salt

  9. 2 tsp/10 mL Original Grapeseed Oil

  10. Dipping Sauce

  11. 3 tbsp/45 mL Cucumber & Dill Snack & Dip Seasoning

  12. 1 cup/250 mL sour cream

  1. Chicken Wings Put chicken wings in a one gallon resealable plastic bag. Place liquid spice, cumin, chili powder, oregano and seasoning salt in bag with chicken wings. Shake bag to coat wings. Let set in refrigerator for eight hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 425F/220C. On baking sheet arrange chicken and drizzle with grapeseed oil. Bake for about 45 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

  2. Dipping Sauce Combine snack & dip seasoning and sour cream. Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Use as a dipping sauce for Chipotle Chicken Wings.
