  1. 250gm Chicken (thighs)

  2. Yoghurt 1 cup

  3. Coriander Powder 1 tsp.

  4. Chilli Powder 1 tsp.

  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

  6. Cumin Powder1 tsp.

  7. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.

  8. Garam masala 1 tsp.

  9. Salt 2 tsp

  10. Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  11. Oil 1 tbsp.(Tandoori red colour Optional)

  1. Make 4 slits on each side of the chicken thighs, place it in a large bowl Combine all the ingredients with yoghurt and pour over the chicken, let stand overnight in the refrigerator.

  2. Place the chicken on a rack in a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes in a moderately hot oven or cook on a barbeque or under a grill.

  3. Serve with lime wedges and onion rings.
