  1. 1-1/2 pounds Chicken pieces

  2. 1 Med. Onion -- sliced

  3. 1 Med. Green Pepper -- thin strips

  4. 1/2 cup Celery -- diced

  5. 1-1/2 teaspoons Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon Thyme

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

  8. 2 tablespoons Parsley -- chopped

  9. 16 fluid ounces Canned Tomatoes

  10. 4 ounces Mushrooms --

  1. After cutting up all the vegetables, combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.

  2. Description: A simple dish to put together, if you’d like a little color on your chicken, feel free to brown it in a little canola oil before placing in the crock-pot.

  4. NOTES : Heat this dish on the stove in a heavy pan until bubbling, cover the pan to avoid losing moisture
