  1. 200 gms noodles - thin variety finely shredded veggies

  2. 1 cup - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion

  3. 2 tsp vinegar

  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  5. 1 tsp chili sauce salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preparation : Deep fry the noodles. Note - THE NOODLES SHOULD BE DEEP FRIED AND NOT BOILED Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil. Add the veggies. Add the vinegar and the sauce. Add the salt and pepper. Mix well and serve. The use of sauces can be varied. For a more tangy taste add more tomato sauce.
