  1. 3/4 c Water

  2. 2/3 c Instant mashed potato buds

  3. 1 3/4 c All-purpose flour

  4. 2 ts Baking powder

  5. 1 ts Salt

  6. 1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

  7. 12 ts Ground nutmeg

  8. 1 3/4 c Sugar

  9. 3/4 c Butter/margarine; soft

  10. 3 Eggs

  11. 1/2 c Milk

  12. 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate mini;

  13. 13x9" pan. Bake in preheated oven at

  14. 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into 3" squares. Source: Times-Picayune. --
