  1. 1 box Simply Organic Cocoa Cayenne Cupcake Mix

  2. 1/2 cup (1 stick) Organic Valley Butter), softened

  3. 2 Organic Valley Eggs

  4. 1/3 cup water

  5. 1 cup chocolate-covered espresso beans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.

  2. With an electric mixer, combine Cupcake Mix with softened butter and eggs. Add water. Mix in the chocolate-covered espresso beans by hand.

  3. Drop onto cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
