  1. 1 lb fresh snow pea 1 tablespoon butter

  2. 2 medium carrots , julienned

  3. 1 garlic clove , minced

  4. 3 tablespoons honey

  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. In a large skillet, saute snow peas in butter for 3 minutes.

  2. Add carrots and garlic and continue to saute for 1-2 minutes longer or until veggies are crisp-tender.

  3. Add honey, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve immediately. ?
