  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pork chops into a large glass baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Evenly spread chopped onions and mushrooms on top of the pork chops. Spoon large spoonfull of mushroom soup on top of each pork chop. Pour water evenly on top of the dish. Bake at 350 degree for 45 minutes or until pork chops are done.
