  2. 2 Garlic cloves - finely chopped

  3. 1 Cream cheese - - (3 oz), cut into cubes

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh chives (or 1 tsp freeze-dried chives)

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in margarine about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened; reduce heat to low. Stir cream cheese and milk into garlic mixture. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. Stir in chives. Serving suggestions: pour over grilled pork chops. Yields 6 servings.
