  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Prepard mincd garlic - (jarred)

  3. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Cooked and cleaned med shrimp Salt and fresh ground pepper

  4. 1 Lemon - juice of A bed of fresh colorful

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard Lettuce

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Olive oil Crusty hot Italian bread

  1. Recipe Instructions Pat the shrimp dry. In a bowl add all the spices and oil and toss well. Arrange over lettuce and garnish with artichoke hearts and/or hearts of celery. Serve with hot bread and a soft cheese (room temp).
