  1. 1 each banana, extra ripe

  2. 1 pk gingerbread cake mix (14 1/2 oz)

  3. 1/2 cup lukewarm water

  4. 1 each egg

  5. 1 each banana, peeled, chopped

  6. 1/2 cup raisins

  7. 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  8. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  9. 1 lemon, juice of one lemon

  10. 1/2 cup fo recipe. Combine gingerbread mix, water,

  11. 1/2 cup pureed banana and egg in large bowl. Beat well. Stir in chopped banana, raisins and almonds. Spread batter in greased

  12. 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake in

  13. 350 degree oven

  14. 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Mix powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons lemon juice in medium bowl to make thin glaze. Spread over warm gingerbread. Cool. Cut into bars. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar if desired. Makes
