  1. 7 oz Semi-sweet chocolate coarsely chopped

  2. 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate,

  3. 1/4ts Salt

  4. 1/2ts Baking powder

  5. 3/4c Flour

  6. 3/4ts Vanilla

  7. 1 1/2ts Strong brewed coffee

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1 c Sugar

  10. 3 tb Unsalted butter

  11. 2 1/2oz Unsweetened chocolate

  12. 3/4c Chopped pecans

  1. + Directions : *DIRECTIONS* Melt 7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, unsweetned chocolate, and butter in the top of a double boiler; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs together until lemon colored; mix in coffee and vanilla. Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well. Stir in 4 ounces chopped semi-sweet chocolate and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes until tops are shiny and cracked and cookies are soft to touch. Drizzle chocolate over cookie let dry. Cool several minutes and remove to wire racks.
