  1. 3 cups 711ml Cooked whole wheat pasta, bow tie

  2. Or other kid-friendly shape

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Chopped tomatoes

  4. 1 cup 237ml Shredded romaine lettuce

  5. Dressing

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Low fat mayonnaise

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Low fat yogurt

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml White wine vinegar

  9. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  10. Salt - to taste

  11. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  12. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Bacon - cooked crumbled

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, and lettuce. Mix to combine.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toss the pasta with enough dressing to coat. Sprinkle the bacon over the top and serve.

  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
