  1. 2.00 pint strawberries

  2. 1 (reserve the 6 best berries for dip; ping)

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 1/4 cup grand marnier

  5. 3/4 cup whipping cream

  6. sweet biscuits - 3

  7. 2.00 mint sprigs

  8. 2.00 ounce chocolate; melted for dipping

  1. Set aside 6 beautiful berries for garnish and slice remaining berries. In a mixing bowl toss the sliced strawberries with sugar and Grand Marnier. Set aside to macerate at least 15 minutes, and up to 1 hour for sugar to dissolve. Meanwhile, whip cream to soft peaks. Split biscuits, mound strawberries on bottom half, top with a dollop of whipped cream and replace biscuit top. Garnish with mint sprigs. Dip the reserved berries into chocolate, and use to garnish plate. This recipe yields 2 servings.
