  4. 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

  5. 1 can (16 ounces) chili beans, undrained

  6. 2 tablespoons sugar

  7. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. Baked potatoes

  1. Potato-Bar Chili Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a Dutch oven, cook the beef, onions and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the tomatoes, beans, sugar and seasonings.

  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes. Yield: 7 cups.
