  1. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion (small)

  2. 2 Mushrooms - drained

  3. 3 Eggs

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Seasoned salt

  5. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Ground beef

  6. 2 cups 474ml Zucchini - grated

  7. 1 Cream of mushroom soup

  1. Whirl onion, mushrooms eggs and salt in blender. Mix with ground beef and zucchini.

  2. Form into small meatballs. Bake on large shallow baking sheet 30 minutes at 350F.

  3. Carefully pour off grease, saving gravy-type liquid that forms.

  4. Pour into crockpot or warming dish with cream of mushroom soup. Keep warm.

  5. Serve as an appetizer or as you would regular Swedish meatballs.
