  1. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted

  2. 1/4 cup flour

  3. 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

  4. 1 egg -- beaten

  5. 1 tablespoon water

  6. 1/4 cup packaged dry bread crumbs

  7. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  8. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  1. Preparation : About one hour before serving; Preheat oven to 350. In each of 4 cereal bowls, place butter; mixture of flour and seasoned salt; beaten egg and water; and bread crumbs and cheese. Beginning with the butter, dip chicken breasts into each of 4 bowls consecutively, ending with crumb-cheese mixture. On rack in shallow baking dish, arrange breasts close together. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven; turn heat to "broil", slip chicken under broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown crust.
