    2. Title: VIENNA STEAKS

    4. Yield: 4 servings

    5. 1/2 lb Ground veal

    6. 1/2 lb Ground beef

    7. 1 ts Salt

    8. 1/4 ts Paprika

    9. 1 ts Lemon juice

    10. 1 ea Egg

    11. 1 pn Grated nutmeg

    12. 1 x Drops onion juice

    13. 1/2 c Sour cream

    14. Beat egg well. Mix with other ingredients except sour

    15. cream. Shape into cakes and cook like hamburgers.

    16. Remove meat to serving dish. Heat sour cream in same

    17. pan and pour over meat.

    18. Serve with mushrooms. --
