  1. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Cut-up chicken - (to 3 1/2 lbs)

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  3. 3/4 cup 177ml Fast-Track Barbecue Sauce - (see recipe)

  1. Place chicken in dish and microwave 4 minutes; turn pieces over and microwave another 3 minutes. Chicken should be about half-cooked.

  2. Grill chicken over medium to medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes. Turn and rotate chicken every 2 minutes to cook evenly. Baste with 3/4 cup barbecue sauce during the last 4 minutes.

  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
