  1. 250 gms Pasta

  2. 200 gms Tomato Puree

  3. 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

  4. 5-6 cloves Garlic, Chopped

  5. 3-4 Basil Leaves, Chopped

  6. 4-5 Fresh Oregano, Chopped

  7. 1 1/2 cup Cheese, Grated

  8. 1 Capsicum, Chopped

  9. 2 Onions, Chopped

  10. 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  11. 1 tsp Chili Flakes

  12. Salt to taste

  13. How to make Pasta in Tomato Gravy:

  14. For Pasta

  15. 250 gms pasta, you need to boil

  16. 2 1/2 liters of water with

  17. 25 gms Salt.

  18. Then, cook for almost 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pasta and rinse in fresh cold water. Keep it aside.

  19. For Sauce

  20. Heat oil in pan and add garlic and salt.

  21. After that, add onions and fry them till they become translucent.

  22. Then, add Tomato Ketchup, Tomato Puree and Salt. Cook it until the sauce becomes thick. To this mixture, add the pasta, grated cheese, basil and oregano.

  23. Toss gently.

  24. Serve hot with salad.
