  1. 3 cups rolled oats

  2. 1 cup wheat germ

  3. 1 cup shredded coconut

  4. 1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely

  5. 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  6. 1/2 cup honey

  7. 3 tablespoons molasses

  8. 1 cup raisins Bananas (or other fresh fruit) for accompaniment Milk or yogurt for accompaniment

  1. In 14x10x2 inch roasting pan, combine all ingredients except raisins, bananas and milk; mix well. Bake at 300°F (150°C) until golden brown, about 40 minutes, stirring several times. Stir in raisins. Cool. Store in airtight container. Serve with sliced bananas and milk or yogurt.
