  1. 18 1/4 ounces cake mix, chocolate

  2. 8 ounces light sour cream

  3. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  4. 1 cup water

  5. 1 egg

  6. 3 egg whites

  7. 3/4 cup oil

  8. 30 g instant chocolate pudding mix

  9. 1 1/2 liters ice cream , or frozen yogurt for lower-cal

  1. Coat 5 to 7 quart crock pot with light Pam.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well.

  3. Transfer to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hrs, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

  4. Serve hot with ice cream. ?
