  1. 2 lb Fresh green beans

  2. 3 qt ;water

  3. 1/2c Green onions; finely chopped

  4. 1/3c Olive oil

  5. 1/4c Cider vinegar

  6. 1/4c Fresh parsley; chopped

  7. 1/4c Fresh dill; chopped

  8. 1/2ts Salt

  9. 1/4ts Pepper

  10. 3/4c Walnuts; toasted & coarsely -chopped

  1. + Directions : Wash beans; trim ends. Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add beans, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside. Combine green onions and next 6 ingredients; pour over green beans, and toss gently. Sprinkle with walnuts; serve hot or cold. Yield: 8 servings.
