  1. 1 Frozen won-ton skins

  2. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - softened

  3. 1 Or small package frozen - crabmeat, or fresh!

  4. Sour cream

  5. White garlic powder - to taste

  1. Add a dollop of sour cream to cheese and cream until mayonnaise consistency.

  2. Stir in drained crabmeat, add garlic powder. Place a round teaspoonful on won-ton skin and wrap like an egg roll.

  3. Seal edge with beaten egg white. Deep fry until golden, and serve hot!
