  1. Chicken Roasted with Cream Cheese and Herbs

  2. 1 lb chicken pieces

  3. 1 lb cream cheese

  4. milk, buttermilk, sour cream or plain yogurt

  5. soft bread torn in small pieces

  6. garlic

  7. tarragon

  8. parsley

  9. rosemary

  10. Whip the herbs, cream cheese and milk in a bowl.

  11. Dip in the chicken pieces and roll them in the soft bread crumbs.

  12. Put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in a preheated 325F oven

  13. for an hour and five minutes.

  14. Serve with vegetables like peas, asparagus, spinach and a baked

  15. potato or two.
