  1. 1 cup good mayonnaise

  2. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup white vinegar

  4. 1 tablespoon celery seed

  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 1 teaspoon sugar

  8. 1 small carrot -- shaved with a -- peeler

  9. 1/4 cup onion thinly sliced

  10. 8 cups cabbage

  1. Preparation : Mix the first 7 ingredients with a wisk. Add to the vegetables and toss. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Eat with pulled pork or fish.
