  1. Ingredients (serves 6 - 8)

  2. 250mls PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts

  3. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

  4. 250g Cadbury Cooking Chocolate, milk or dark, melted and cooled slightly

  5. 1/2 cup Pascall Marshmallows, quartered

  6. 1/4 cup red glace cherries, quartered

  7. Toasted flaked coconut, for serving

  1. Method BEAT together the PHILLY and vanilla in an electric mixer, continue beating whilst adding the melted chocolate until smooth.

  2. FOLD through the marshmallows and cherries, then spoon into 6-8 shot or espresso glasses and sprinkle with coconut. Chill for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve immediately
