  7. 1 Tbsp Butter

  8. 12 Oz semisweet chocolate

  9. 2 Egg Yolks

  10. 1/4 C Heavy Cream

  11. Melt chocolate, Bailey's and heavy cream tog over very low heat. Whisk

  12. in yolks, one at a time, mixture will thicken. Whisk in butter. Refrigerate

  13. overnight, or until firm. With spoon make small balls. Roll in
