  2. SAUSAGE GRAVY

  6. 1 lb Pork sausage, bulk, sage

  7. 2 tb Onion, finely chopped

  8. 6 tb Flour

  9. 1 qt Milk

  10. 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning

  11. 1/2 ts Nutmeg, ground

  12. 1/4 ts Salt

  13. Worcestershire, dash

  14. Hot pepper sauce, dash

  15. Angel Biscuits*

  16. Crumble sausage into a large saucepan. Cook over

  17. medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until

  18. transparent. Drain, discarding all but 2 tablespoons

  19. of drippings. Stir in flour; cook over medium-low heat

  20. about 6 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and turns

  21. golden.

  22. Stir in milk. Add seasonings; cook, stirring, until

  23. thickened.

  24. To serve, slice biscuits and spoon gravy over
