  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Venison ground up Bacon drippings

  2. 1 Lemon - juice of

  3. 1 Onion - chopped (large)

  4. 2 Garlic - minced Salt and pepper to taste

  5. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Chili powder

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin, ground

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  9. 1 Tomato juice - (46 oz.)

  10. 2 Kidney beans -

  11. 3 cups 711ml Water

  1. Recipe Instructions Sprinkle meat with lemon juice. Brown venison in bacon drippings; add onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until well browned, then add flour and spices; mix well. Add tomato juice, beans and water. Simmer about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
